Purpose
These terms of service govern the relationship between Innodataweb LTD ("Paraguay Simple") and its clients for Paraguayan residency assistance services.
Service description
Paraguay Simple provides administrative and legal assistance services for obtaining Paraguayan temporary residency (2 years, renewable) and the cedula. Services vary depending on the offer chosen (Simple, Simple+, Simple Fast-Track).
Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros including all taxes. Payment is due at order. Accepted payment methods are: credit card (Stripe), bank transfer, cryptocurrencies (on request).
Timelines
Indicated timelines are estimates and depend partly on external factors (Paraguayan administration, client obtaining documents). Paraguay Simple commits to making every effort to meet announced timelines.
Guarantee
If the temporary residency application is rejected by the Paraguayan administration, Paraguay Simple commits to fully refunding its fees, excluding official immigration fees (approximately EUR 150) paid directly to the Paraguayan government.
Client obligations
The client commits to providing authentic documents and accurate information. Any false declaration may result in service cancellation without refund.
Limitation of liability
Paraguay Simple is not responsible for decisions by the Paraguayan administration, delays caused by third parties, or tax consequences of obtaining residency.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with regulations, you have 14 days to withdraw. However, if you have requested immediate service commencement, you waive your right of withdrawal as soon as service execution begins.
Disputes
These terms are governed by English law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, English courts will have jurisdiction.
